ITnP Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the websites itnp.swiss, itnpgroup.com and itnp.co.th. Swiss data protection law (FADP) governs our processing. Where the EU GDPR applies in individual cases (visitors from the EU), the information below applies accordingly.

## 2. Overview

Our website is an informational site. There is no customer account, no web shop and no newsletter. We process personal data in three contexts only: for technical operation (server log data), when you contact us via the contact form, and — only with your consent — for anonymised analysis of website usage.

## 3. Hosting and server log data

The website and the content management system are operated on Microsoft Azure in the Switzerland North (Zurich) region. When you visit the website, access data is processed for technical reasons (IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type). This data is used exclusively for secure operation (error analysis, defence against attacks) and is deleted after 30 days at the latest.

## 4. Contact form

When you write to us via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail address, subject, message) to answer your enquiry. You receive an automatic confirmation of receipt; the enquiry is delivered to us internally by e-mail (Microsoft Exchange Online) and stored in our content management system (Microsoft Azure, Switzerland). We retain enquiries for as long as necessary to process them and to document our business communication. Data is not passed on to third parties.

Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile): To protect the form against automated abuse we use Cloudflare Turnstile. In doing so, Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) processes technical characteristics of your browser and your IP address to distinguish humans from machines. Cloudflare is certified under the Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of data protection for transfers to the USA. More information: Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

## 5. Web analytics with Microsoft Clarity (consent only)

To improve the website we use Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation, USA) — but only if you explicitly consent in the cookie banner. Without consent, Clarity is not loaded. Clarity records usage interactions (clicks, scrolling behaviour, pages visited) and produces anonymised heatmaps and session recordings from them. Data may be transferred to the USA in the process; Microsoft is certified under the Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting the website data stored in your browser — the cookie banner will reappear on your next visit. More information: Microsoft Privacy Statement.

## 6. Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising cookies. The following is stored locally in your browser:

  • the consent status of the cookie banner (localStorage, until deleted),
  • your language setting if you switch the language manually (localStorage),
  • cached content for faster display (sessionStorage, deleted when the browser tab is closed),
  • cookies set by Microsoft Clarity — only after consent (see section 5).

## 7. Disclosure abroad

Our systems are operated in Switzerland. Data reaches the USA in two cases only: during the spam check of the contact form (Cloudflare, section 4) and for web analytics after consent (Microsoft Clarity, section 5). Both providers are certified under the Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Framework; standard contractual clauses apply in addition.

## 8. Your rights

Under the FADP you have the right to information about the data processed about you (Art. 25 FADP), to rectification of inaccurate data, to deletion, and to data delivery or transfer (Art. 28 FADP). Please contact info@itnp.swiss. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

## 9. Data security

The connection to our website is TLS-encrypted throughout. Access to our systems is restricted to what is necessary and protected by multi-factor authentication.

## 10. No automated individual decisions

We do not make automated individual decisions within the meaning of Art. 21 FADP.

We may amend this privacy policy as required; the version published on this website with the date stated above applies.
